tu mule 2 ok aku leh angkat total masuk barbel semua 70kg a'ah hehhehe mase  tu ade eksiden sikit bukan ape barbel tegelincir sikit sebelah nasib baik ade bro azli thank bro!!!dah tu pas nak main dumbel pulak dah tak larat nak angkat dari 4 keping dumbel leh turun ke 2 je hehehhe punyelah down huhuhu nie pasal dah lebih angkat lah nie takpun selasa 2 dah buat chest hehhehe&lt;br /&gt;sekarang gemuk masuk ke fitness center utk menguruskan badan.. seorg lelaki di kaunter bertanya kepada mamat tadi,"kami menawarkan 2 program disini... RM50 utk versi 'biasa' dan RM100 utk versi 'cepat'."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt; mamat tu pon berkata, "saya ingat yang biasa lah sbb saya ni baru nak try kuruskan badan."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt; " ok, encik sila masuk ke bilik no.5 di penjuru bilik sana," jawab penjaga kaunter.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt; mamat tadi pon masuk la ke bilik itu dan menutupnya. selang 2 minit kemudian, seorang wanita cantik, lawa, body best, mantap masuk ke dalam bilik itu. dia kemudian menanggalkan pakaiannya sehingga menyebabkan mamat tu tak senang duduk,berpeluh.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt; perempuan tadi berkata, "kalu tuan dapat tangkap saya, tuan boleh buat apa saja dgn saya... hikhikhikk" dan dia terus berlari dalam bilik itu. mamat tadi pun kejar la.. kejar punya kejar samapai 10 minit pon tak dapat lagi. tapi mamat tu kejar lagi sampai terjatuh terjelepok lalu pengsan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt; apabila dia sedar, dia bangun dan terus ke penimbang dan mendapati beratnya dah turun 3 kg. " wow.. mmg senang nk turun berat bdn,.. memang berbaloi aku bayar RM50 td" katanya seorang diri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt; keesokkan harinya dia datang semula ke tmpt tersebut. dia ditegur oleh pemuda di kaunter. setelah diberi penerangan seperti semalam.. mamat tadi memilih utk mencuba versi 'cepat' pula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt; "baiklah, encik masuk bilik no. 6 di situ ya.."kata penjaga kaunter.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt; Ia melatih paru-paru agar mengembang ke peringkat optima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Gerakan ini dapat membangkitkan kekuatan otot belakang, terutamanya di bahagian tengah belakang dan ia menguatkan stamina jima’.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;Langkah gerakan.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Duduk bersila dengan menegakkan tulang belakang.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Tangan diletakkan di lutut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Bahu harus terbuka lebar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Kemudian nafas ditarik sedalam-dalamnya sehingga terasa udara penuh di dalam paru-paru.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Tarik nafas dengan perlahan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Biarkan udara berada dalam paru-paru selama 7 detik.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Kemudian hembuskan perlahan-lahan udara itu hingga terasa kosong udara dalam paru-paru.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Semasa menghembus nafas, perut hendaklah dikempiskan dan tumpukan tenaga ke arah  dada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Ulangi gerakan sebanyak 3 aku beli dapat diskaun 30%hheheh dapat lah rm80 erm...yang bini aku nyer capsul rm 60 je...oklah nak tahu kelebihan saplement:untuk kurangkan lebih gula dalam badan,untuk kadio,kapsul mengandungi ketulkan badan kalau secara "hardcore workout"huhuhu ade brand?yang 200 nie pun hebat nye juga walau secara pelahan tetap sama pergi die lebih lagi isi "WHEY" nie lebih banyak berbanding yg 300 gym.Walaupun bukan gym die tapi die nie tak kedekut ilmu ape yang die tahu die kasi ajar same kitaorang nie..huhuhu best kan dah lah free ade lagi nak ajar jangan kurang ajar udah....kebanayakakan yang gie gym nie semua nak jaga badan ofcouse lah kan takkan nak kasi boroi lak.Baik yang lelaki mahupun perempuan lebih2 lagi yang nak berkahwin konon2 nak kasi badan cantik atas pelamin lah tu
